Not happy with quality

I've purchased several times offline and one or two times online i never had a problem with quality but this time I saw insect waste in some of the dates

The product wasn't good at all. Have ordered the same type of dates and they were soft, these were not good.

Dry dates nit at all juicy as it should be

I ordered khudri premium online and the dates were dry and smaller than usual. When I bought it directly from store, it was fresh, juicy and large. Not sure they have sub-standard products for online delivery or the items were kept out for long before shipping. This is happening for the second time for me. I feel cheated as my trust in the Ajfan quality is broken. Hope they address the issue and resolve.
When I complained earlier to the store manager, he said that I could have brought it to the store and returned/exchanged. If I'm able to do that, I wouldn't have ordered online at the first place.
