The first time i ordered i was sent the prunes in 100 gms individual packing as seen on the website. However when i ordered the next time i was sent 500gms packing.I had wanted the individual packing as i had to gift them. I called the customer care number and was told that there was nothing he could do and should write an email. What was the point in calling customer care if they are of no help. I got cheaper ones from wholesale dryfruits. You lost out on 5 Kgs of business as you could not deliver what was promised plus bad after sales service.
