First time purchased on line and found small ant inside the almond in packet. Also quality is not at par if condition Pareto last purchase from Hubli Afjan store. After physical purchase at Afjan Store Hubli I decided will be purchase always from Afjan but the quality of online purchase product is not satisfactory.

Despite confirming the delivery addresses with your team via WhatsApp, the second order was delivered to a different address. I had explicitly explained the route and confirmed the details with your representative, who assured me that everything was in order. However, the delivery was made to an incorrect address, which I do not recognize. This has caused significant inconvenience and disappointment.

I didn't intend to provide feedback, but since I received an email requesting it, I wanted to bring this issue to your attention. I hope you will take immediate action to rectify this issue and ensure that such mistakes do not recur in the future.
