I have been a customer of Ajfan for the past two years and have placed multiple orders ranging from ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 . In the beginning, the service was excellent, which is why I continued ordering regularly. However, over the last six months, the quality of service has declined significantly.

What disappointed me most was my recent interaction with a Senior Customer Care Executive, Mr. Ashik Mohammed. During our conversation, the call was disconnected multiple times, and I felt that my concerns were not being properly heard or addressed. As a loyal customer, I expected a more professional and customer-focused approach.

When I expressed my disappointment with the declining service and mentioned that I would share my experience through a Google review, the response I received was dismissive, which further added to my frustration.

I have supported this business consistently over the last two years, and therefore this feedback comes from genuine experience rather than a one-time issue. Unfortunately, based on my recent experiences, I have decided to stop purchasing from Ajfan. I hope the company takes customer feedback seriously and works on improving its customer service standards.

Mamra big Badam is of extremely poor quality either very old or not original , unnecessary hiked price

The Quality is always the best. I have ordered from Kolkata. Earlier when I used to reside in Bengaluru, I was a regular customer.
